First Aid/CPR Class Registration 2011-2012

American Red Cross training for Infant/Child/ Adult CPR and First Aid will be available to staff of all ELCFH approved providers.


EACH CLASS WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY at the time scheduled. Children are not allowed at the training. Doors open at 7:45 a.m. on weekends for sign in. Please arrive several minutes early so class can begin on time. If you are attending both classes, you may bring something to eat.

The scheduled course will be taught by the ELCFH Health Specialist who has been trained by the American Red Cross and is a certified instructor. The cost of the First Aid class will be $25.00 per person. The individual cost for the CPR Infant/Child/Adult AED Class will be $25.00. For participants signing up for both classes, the combined fee will be $40.00 per person, effective July 1, 2010.

Registration fees are non-refundable unless the ELCFH cancels the scheduled class.

First Time Standard First Aid Class: 8:00am-10:15am - Adult/Child/Infant CPR Class: 10:30am-2:30pm
 First Time (Beginners class): The Standard First Aid and/or Adult/Child/Infant CPR class is open to all individuals who are an employee of a child care site that is contracted with the ELCFH or a parent with young children, who does not hold a certification card; their certification card has expired beyond 30 days of issue date; or is currently certified but is in need of recertification at this time.

Re-certification Standard First Aid Class: 8:30am-10:00am- Adult/Child/Infant CPR Class: 10:15am-2:00pm
Re-Certification:  The Standard First Aid and/or Adult/Child/Infant CPR class is open to all individuals who are an employee of a child care site that is contracted with the ELCFH.  You must hold a current certification card and will be asked to show proof prior to the start of the recertification class.  If you are unable to show proof of your current certification, you will be asked to leave.  You will be able to attend a "First Time" class when next available.

I understand that there is no refund of any fees paid unless the ELCFH has to cancel a scheduled class.. I am a child care professional employed in a child care provider program, or am a parent with young children. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENTS.
