The Office of Early Learning has implemented the Provider Portal for both School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten contracting. The system is referred to as the Statewide Informational System or Provider Portal. The ELCFH encourages providers to get registered, complete their profiles and execute their contracts and VPK applications for services.
When you are set up it does not have to be done again—updating happens when changes occur, such as hours of operations, personnel, expired documents are updated, new VPK sessions and many more items. The updated information will populate your contracts automatically and save time and avoid mistakes! Documents are safe and secure, and do not get lost, and are accessible only by you and ELC staff.
This portal works for you–life is busy and your profile is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What could be better? You do not have to wait for the ELCFH to open to make changes and complete uploads. Annual updates will be made to your profile instead of the Provider Update Form! Soon you will be submitting your monthly attendance for review and payment, even daily if you choose.
